Jouw Rol:

Als de spil van ons kantoor ben jij degene die het overzicht bewaart. Je bent het organisatorische hart dat zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van administratieve taken tot het coördineren van vergaderingen en het verzorgen van de dagelijkse kantoorbenodigdheden. Met jou aan boord loopt onze vastgoedmachine gesmeerd!

Jouw Taken:

  • Beheer van afspraken, vergaderingen en sociale evenementen voor het team.
  • Accurate notulering en agendabeheer.
  • Verwerking van inkomende communicatie en onderhoud van essentiële documentatie, lichte boekhoudkundige en financiële werkzaamheden.
  • Coördinatie van kantoorfaciliteiten, voorraden en (mede) verzorgen van de dagelijkse lunch.

Jouw Toolkit:

  • Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding.
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, liefst in de bouwsector, is een pluspunt.
  • Meester in organisatie en detail.
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden en een teamspeler.
  • Vaardig met administratieve software en Microsoft Office is een pluspunt.
  • Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om te multitasken in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Vrolijk, proactief en precies in je werk.
