Als groeiend bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een deskundige en gedreven Projectleider om ons team te versterken.

Functieomschrijving

Als Projectleider bij Bouwmeesters Amsterdam speel je een cruciale rol in het succesvol managen van onze bouwprojecten van begin tot eind. In deze sleutelpositie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de uitvoering, het nauwgezet bewaken van het budget en de planning, en het waarborgen dat alle projecten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Je staat in het centrum van de communicatie en werkt nauw samen met een divers scala aan stakeholders, waaronder architecten, aannemers en opdrachtgevers. Jouw expertise en leiderschap zijn essentieel om ervoor te zorgen dat alle projecten efficiënt en effectief binnen de gestelde doelen en specificaties worden voltooid. Jouw vermogen om verschillende belangen te verenigen en te streven naar uitmuntendheid in elk aspect van het project, maakt jou een onmisbare schakel in ons team.

Functie eisen

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Projectleider in de bouwsector.
  • Een afgeronde technische opleiding op HBO- of WO-niveau, bij voorkeur in Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bewezen vermogen om effectief te onderhandelen met diverse belanghebbenden.
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten met het vermogen om teams effectief te motiveren en aan te sturen.
  • Aantoonbare besluitvaardigheid in complexe situaties.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
  • In het bezit van een geldig VCA-certificaat.
  • In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
