Vous avez une solide expérience en maintenance industrielle et vous aimez fédérer une équipe autour d'objectifs communs ?

En tant que Responsable Maintenance, vous êtes garant du bon fonctionnement des installations et de la performance du service technique. Vous supervisez et accompagnez une équipe d'une dizaine d'électromécaniciens et veillez à la bonne organisation des activités de maintenance préventive, prédictive et curative.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Garantir le respect des procédures de sécurité, qualité, RH et financières pour l'ensemble des interventions techniques.
  • Planifier, coordonner et superviser les interventions de maintenance afin d'assurer la continuité de la production.
  • Assurer le suivi des actions qualité liées au département technique (déviations, CAPA, change control).
  • Veiller à l'optimisation des plans de maintenance préventive et prédictive.
  • Participer à la rédaction et à l'amélioration des procédures techniques et des modes opératoires.
  • Définir, analyser et présenter les indicateurs de performance du département auprès de la direction.
  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs, sous-traitants et partenaires techniques.
  • Élaborer et suivre les budgets maintenance et les projets d'amélioration technique.
  • Garantir une réaction rapide en cas de défaillance technique afin de limiter l'impact sur les opérations.
  • Encadrer, développer et motiver une équipe d'environ 10 électromécaniciens en favorisant l'autonomie, la montée en compétences et l'esprit d'équipe.
  • Participer au service de garde.
  • Formation supérieure à orientation technique (électromécanique, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent).
  • Expérience significative en maintenance industrielle.
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipe, idéalement d'une dizaine de techniciens ou électromécaniciens.
  • Solides compétences en organisation, planification et gestion des priorités.
  • Leadership naturel et excellentes aptitudes en communication.
  • Connaissance des processus qualité et sécurité en environnement industriel.
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions rapidement et à gérer les situations d'urgence.
