Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je graag nauwkeurig en voel je je thuis in een logistieke omgeving? Dan is deze functie als Logistiek Bediende misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

In deze veelzijdige rol ben je de onmisbare schakel tussen klanten, magazijn en administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct verwerkt worden, volgt leveringen op en staat klanten professioneel te woord. Samen met het logistieke team draag je bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het magazijn.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Logistiek Bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en administratieve opvolging van bestellingen van A tot Z.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken en registreren van klantenbestellingen
  • Klanten te woord staan over bestellingen, leveringen en praktische vragen
  • Opvolgen van orders vanaf bestelling tot levering
  • Verwerken en controleren van bestelbonnen, leveringsbonnen en logistieke documenten
  • Registreren en opvolgen van voorraad- en stockbewegingen
  • Ondersteunen bij de coördinatie van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen
  • Mee voorbereiden en opvolgen van transporten en leveringen
  • Nauw samenwerken met het magazijn, aankoop en de Warehouse Manager
  • Correct verwerken van gegevens in het interne ERP-systeem
  • Signaleren van voorraadverschillen, afwijkingen of leveringsproblemen
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve en organisatorische taken binnen de logistieke afdeling

Kortom: een afwisselende functie waarin administratieve nauwkeurigheid, klantencontact en logistieke opvolging hand in hand gaan.

Jij bent een georganiseerde teamspeler die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en overzicht bewaart.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een logistieke, administratieve of customer service functie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent administratief sterk en vlot met computersystemen
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer verschillende taken tegelijk aandacht vragen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je hebt interesse in logistieke processen, magazijnwerking en voorraadbeheer

Extra troeven

  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem, bij voorkeur SAP
  • Ervaring met orderverwerking en klantencontact
  • Een heftruckattest of de bereidheid om dit te behalen
