Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Münster suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und zuverlässige kaufmännische Kraft (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Versand von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen und Mahnwesen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Stammdaten
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Kenntnisse einer gängigen Buchhaltungssoftware von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
