Mit einem starken Team realisieren wir anspruchsvolle Projekte in den Bereichen Kälte-, Klima-, Raumluft-, Elektro- und Energietechnik für Industrie, Gewerbe und öffentliche Auftraggeber.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Senior-Projektleiter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Kälte-, Klima- und/oder Lüftungstechnik.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Bereich Kälte-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik
  • Technische, terminliche und wirtschaftliche Projektverantwortung
  • Führung und Koordination von Projektteams, Monteuren, Nachunternehmern und externen Fachplanern
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Aufmaßen, Nachträgen sowie projektbezogenen Dokumentationen
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Architekten und Fachingenieuren

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kälteanlagenbauer oder Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik
  • Optimal:
  • Mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von Kälte-, Klima- und/oder Lüftungsprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kälte-/Klima-& Lüftungstechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
