  • Arbeitszeit: 60% (24h/Woche), verteilt auf drei Tage (Montag – Donnerstag)
  • Standort: Berlin, Hamburg, Köln oder remote

Deine Mission

Als Praktikant*in im Bereich Unternehmenspartnerschaften & Kommunikation bist du unser Sprachrohr nach außen. Du hilfst uns dabei, starke Partnerschaften mit Unternehmen zu schmieden. Ob beim Bau von überzeugenden Pitchdecks, der Entwicklung von Storytelling-Content oder bei unserem neuen Projekt zu mentaler Gesundheit und Generationenkonflikten in Unternehmen: Du arbeitest nicht nur zu, sondern gestaltest diesen Bereich aktiv mit.

Dein Gewinn: Du bekommst praktische Einblicke in Kommunikation, Marketing und die Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmen, kannst eigene Ideen einbringen und umsetzen und sammelst Arbeitsproben für dein Portfolio.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und gestaltest Präsentationsunterlagen mit, z. B. Pitchdecks, One-Pager oder Kooperationsangebote für Stiftungen, Krankenkassen und Unternehmen.
  • Du übersetzt komplexe Impact-Themen in zielgruppengerechte Sprache für Unternehmensentscheider*innen.
  • Du recherchierst spannende Unternehmen und Organisationen, die zu unseren Werten passen, und bereitest die Erstansprache vor.
  • Du gestaltest Social-Media- und Newsletter-Content mit, der unsere Arbeit für unterschiedliche Partner*innen erzählbar macht
  • Du bereitest Gespräche und Termine vor und nach und hältst Ergebnisse fest
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Partnerships-Kommunikation weiterentwickeln können

Dein Profil

  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Wort und Schrift, auch im Kontakt mit externen Partner*innen
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Gestaltung und Aufbereitung von Inhalten (z. B. Präsentationen, Social Media)
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst bei mehreren Themen gleichzeitig den Überblick
  • Du hast Lust, eigene Ideen einzubringen und aktiv mitzugestalten: dieser Bereich ist bei uns noch im Aufbau
  • Studium oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund, z. B. in Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder Sozialwissenschaften
  • Die Mission von Kopfsachen ist dir ein persönliches Anliegen
