Deine Mission

Als Workshopleitung trägst du unsere Mission nach außen und vermittelst Jugendlichen im Rahmen von wissenschaftlich fundierten Workshops mentale Gesundheitskompetenzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest eigenständig wissenschaftlich fundierte psychologische Workshops mit vielseitigen, erfahrungsbasierten Methoden in deiner Stadt.
  • Du nimmst alle zwei Monate an unserer Intervisionsstunde teil.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen Bachelor in Psychologie oder bist mindestens im 5. Semester Psychologie.
  • Du möchtest das im Studium erlernte theoretische Wissen praktisch anwenden und erlebbar machen.
  • Du hast pro Monat Zeit für mindestens zwei Workshops (jeweils 6 Schulstunden) sowie die Vor- und Nachbereitung und Intervisionen.
  • Du hast mindestens 6 Monate Zeit, uns als Workshopleitung zu unterstützen.
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und zeigst Bereitschaft zu spielerischer und kreativer Interaktion.
  • Du bist selbstreflektiert hinsichtlich deiner eigenen Privilegien und bist dir der Verantwortung in deiner Rolle als Workshopleitung bewusst.
  • Du bist empathisch und flexibel. Du kannst dich an die Bedürfnisse der unterschiedlichen Altersklassen sowie die oft eher unvorhersehbare Umgebung in der Schule anpassen.
  • Zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt können wir unsere Workshops nur in deutscher Sprache anbieten. Aus diesem Grund sind Deutschkenntnisse auf Level C2 unsere Mindestanforderung. Weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen.

  • Du wirst Botschafter*in für gesellschaftliche Veränderung und mentale Gesundheit.
  • Deine Weiterentwicklung und dass du dich gut von uns begleitet fühlst, ist uns wichtig. Deshalb erhältst du eine umfassende psychologische und pädagogische Ausbildung und Zugang zu weiteren spannenden Fortbildungen.
  • Du wirst Teil der Kopfsachen-Community und erhältst die Möglichkeit dich mit psychologischen Fachpersonen zu vernetzen.
  • Für die Tätigkeit als Workshopleitung und die regelmäßige Teilnahme an der Intervision / Fortbildung erhältst du eine Übungsleitungspauschale von 110€ / Workshop.
