Wir bei Kopfsachen vermitteln in verschiedenen Bildungsformaten die Grundlagen der mentalen Gesundheitskompetenz. Unsere Mission ist es, mentale Gesundheit für junge Menschen verständlich und zugänglich zu machen. Als Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) im Bereich Workshop- und Ehrenamtsmanagement erhältst du einen vielseitigen Einblick in unsere operative Arbeit – von der Organisation unserer Workshops bis zur Unterstützung unseres ehrenamtlichen Workshopleitungs-Teams. Du sorgst mit Struktur, Kommunikationsgeschick und Freude an der Teamarbeit dafür, dass unsere Workshops organisatorisch reibungslos ablaufen und junge Menschen von unserer Arbeit profitieren.

Deine Mission

Als Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) im Bereich Workshop- und Ehrenamtsmanagement trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Workshops an Schulen in Leipzig professionell vorbereitet, begleitet und nachbereitet werden. Mit deinem Blick für Prozesse und Organisation trägst du zur Etablierung des jungen Standortes Leipzig/Halle bei. Dabei verfolgst du stets das Ziel , mentale Gesundheitskompetenz an Schulen zu stärken.

Deine Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

  • Koordination & Kommunikation: Unterstützung bei der Einsatzplanung der Workshops, Briefing der Workshopleitung und Sicherstellen, dass alle wichtigen Informationen für die Workshops vorliegen.
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsstandards für unsere Workshopleitung.
  • Administrative Aufgaben: Prüfung von Abrechnungen, Ausstellung von Ehrenamtsbescheinigungen und allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten.
  • Materialkoordination: Sicherstellen, dass ausreichend Workshopmaterial vorhanden ist; Organisation und Nachbestellung von Materialien.
  • Rechercheaufträge und Netzwerkpflege: Zuarbeit im Bereich Schulakquise und Fundraising.

Dein Profil

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und selbstständig auch in remote-Settings.
  • Du hast Freude an Admin- und Organisation, Kommunikation und Teamarbeit.
  • Du bist im Studium eingeschrieben (mindestens noch 1 Jahr) – Studiengänge mit psychologischem und/oder pädagogischem-Bezug sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Du bringst eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.
  • Du wohnst in Leipzig, Halle oder dazwischen und hast Lust, regional zu wirken.
  • Erste Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Bildung, Projektmanagement oder als Workshopleitung sind ein Plus.
