¿Qué harás con nosotros?

  • Participar en reuniones con las distintas áreas para comprender y documentar procesos.
  • Levantar, analizar y mapear flujos de trabajo.
  • Dar soporte a la PMO en el seguimiento de proyectos e iniciativas.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores de gestión.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y eficiencia operativa.
  • Diseñar y documentar procesos utilizando herramientas de modelamiento.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en análisis de procesos, mejora continua, PMO o gestión de proyectos.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos).
  • Manejo de Power BI intermedio.
  • Conocimiento de Bizagi para modelamiento de procesos.
  • Capacidad analítica y habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con diversas áreas.
