¿Qué harás con nosotros?

  • Analizar procesos del negocio e identificar oportunidades de mejora mediante iniciativas de automatización y soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Levantar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales para el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones.
  • Modelar procesos utilizando herramientas de gestión por procesos y notación BPMN.
  • Elaborar documentación funcional y asegurar la trazabilidad de los requerimientos durante el desarrollo de los proyectos.
  • Identificar riesgos, oportunidades de mejora y necesidades de gestión del cambio durante la implementación de iniciativas.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de cronogramas, riesgos, incidencias, dependencias y compromisos de los proyectos e iniciativas, coordinando con sus responsables y escalando oportunamente las desviaciones.
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes y tableros de avance para apoyar la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Empresarial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en levantamiento de requerimientos funcionales, análisis y modelamiento de procesos, PMO o gestión de proyectos, con responsabilidad sobre entregables y seguimiento de iniciativas.
  • Experiencia participando en iniciativas de automatización o implementación de soluciones.
  • Manejo de Bizagi Modeler a nivel intermedio.
  • MS Office e Inglés a nivel intermedio.
  • Manejo de Power BI a nivel intermedio-avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de BPMN y metodologías de mejora de procesos (BPM, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, PMI o Design Thinking).
  • Manejo de herramientas de IA generativa (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
