Toe aan meer verdieping in je vak? Bij BabythuisZorg in Eindhoven bieden wij zorg aan gezinnen in kwetsbare situaties. Binnen deze rol ondersteun je gezinnen in kwetsbare situaties en krijg je de ruimte om echt zelfstandig te werken. Wij zoeken een kraamverzorgende die wil groeien en verantwoordelijkheid belangrijk vindt.

Je bied tijdelijke ondersteuning in een gezin waar zelfredzaamheid, om wat voor reden dan ook, nog niet haalbaar is. Samen met de ouder(s) bespreek je waar hun krachten liggen en waar zorgen zijn. Dit vertaal je samen met hen naar ontwikkelbehoeften van de ouder(s) en de daarbij passende zorgdoelen. Tijdens de zorg evalueer je de ontwikkeling en groei in het ouderschap. Je versterkt de krachten en zet acties uit als dat nodig is. Je werkt hierin nauw samen met je leidinggevende, je collega in het gezinsteam en de ketenpartners zoals bv. de jeugdgezondheidszorg, een casemanager of hulpverleners uit het sociale of psychische domein.

Wij streven naar een volledige inzet als medewerker BabythuisZorg, maar wanneer er niet genoeg aanvragen zijn zul je ook worden ingezet binnen de kraamzorg. Je kunt ook zelf kiezen voor een combinatie tussen kraamzorg en BabythuisZorg. Voor het behouden van jouw KCKZ-registratie is het in ieder geval verplicht om min. 200 uur kraamzorg te draaien op jaarbasis.

Om als medewerker BabythuisZorg aan de slag te kunnen moet je eerst een aantal trainingen volgen, dit gaat in totaal om vier modules. Zodra je deze vier modules hebt gevolgd, mag je aan de slag als medewerker BabythuisZorg.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Kraamverzorgende en KCKZ-geregistreerd bent of bereid bent dit (weer) te behalen;
  • Je staat sterk in je schoenen, staat open voor persoonlijke groei en reflectie en bent toe aan meer uitdaging en verdieping in je functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met het verlenen van zorg aan gezinnen met een ondersteuningsvraag op sociaal, psychisch en medisch gebied (kwetsbare situaties);
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een auto en rijbewijs.

Wat kun je verwachten?

  • Jaarlijks extra scholingsaanbod voor BabythuisZorg en deelname aan de landelijke carrousel voor BTZ-medewerkers in Nederland;
  • Meer invloed op je eigen werkrooster. Hoewel BabythuisZorg niet volledig planbaar is, biedt het meer ruimte om je werkzaamheden af te stemmen op momenten die voor jou passend zijn;
  • De werktijden zijn alleen onregelmatig na afstemming met de medewerkers en het gezin;
  • 3 intervisies per jaar, coaching en inhoudelijke verdieping onder begeleiding van jouw leidinggevende. Werken in een betrokken en hecht team;
  • Salaris conform CAO Kraamzorg FWG 40;
  • 40% onregelmatigheidstoeslag, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en 8% vakantiegeld;
