Kraamzorg VDA Kraamzorg VDA maakt deel uit van Zorgmed, een middelgrote thuiszorgorganisatie met zo’n 320 medewerkers die actief is in Zuidoost-Brabant.

Met ongeveer 160 betrokken collega’s bieden we reguliere kraamzorg én BabythuisZorg: gezinsondersteuning voor gezinnen met een kindje tot één jaar die tijdelijk extra hulp nodig hebben. We werken nauw samen met verloskundigen, ziekenhuizen en andere zorgprofessionals.

Kraamzorg VDA onderscheidt zich door haar praktische benadering, persoonlijke aandacht en het denken in mogelijkheden. We staan midden in de gemeenschap en hebben oog voor onze cliënten én voor onze eigen medewerkers, die met hart en ziel het verschil maken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je:

  • verzorgt moeder en baby, zowel lichamelijk als emotioneel.;
  • geeft informatie en voorlichting over de verzorging van de baby;
  • signaleert bijzonderheden in gezondheid en schakelt op tijd hulp in.;
  • coacht het gezin naar zelfstandigheid en zelfvertrouwen;
  • neemt lichte huishoudelijke taken over voor rust en ontspanning in huis.

Je werkt meestal overdag, in afwisselende situaties waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Wat levert het op?

  • Salaris volgens de CAO BO Geboortezorg (FWG 35) tussen €2.957 en €3.674;
  • Deelname aan het Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn;
  • Toeslagen voor onregelmatige diensten conform CAO;
  • De mogelijkheid om in korte blokken te werken (4–5 dagen i.p.v. 7 dagen aaneengesloten);
  • Flexibele roostermogelijkheden, ook bij grotere contracten;
  • Scholing en ontwikkeling: alle verplichte en verdiepende trainingen worden vergoed in tijd én geld;
  • Een warme werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, betrokkenheid en werkplezier centraal staan.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een diploma Kraamverzorgende, bij voorkeur geregistreerd bij het Kenniscentrum Kraamzorg (KCKZ);
  • Een representatieve, enthousiaste en cliëntgerichte houding;
  • Flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een groot hart voor zorg.
