Aufgaben

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position gestalten Sie die technische Vorbereitung unserer Bauprojekte aktiv mit und tragen maßgeblich zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Bauvorhaben bei:

  • Technische Vorbereitung und Begleitung unserer Wohnungs- und Gewerbebauprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt- und Bereichsleitern
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotsanfragen sowie Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Einholung, Prüfung und Auswertung von Angeboten im Nachunternehmer- und Stoffeinkauf
  • Mitgestaltung bei Vergabe- und Vertragsverhandlungen bis zur Auftragsvergabe
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Partnerschaften mit Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen im Einkaufsprozess durch den Einsatz digitaler Lösungen und moderner KI-Tools

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung in der Baubranche
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf, in der Kalkulation, Bauleitung oder einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit iTWO oder vergleichbaren Ausschreibungs- und Kalkulationsprogrammen wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
