Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Human Resources bei der Krämmel Unternehmensgruppe erhältst du spannende Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche des Personalwesens, sammelst dabei wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen und hast die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer HR-Prozesse mitzuwirken.

  • Unterstützung unserer Personalabteilung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Digitalisierung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalakten in unserem HR-System Personio
  • Mitwirkung bei administrativen Personalprozessen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung personalrelevanter Unterlagen für die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung digitaler Personalprozesse

Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Interesse an personalwirtschaftlichen Themen sowie administrativen Prozessen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Affinität zu digitalen Tools
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
