  • KRAFTON Localization Department는 다양한 장르의 독창적인 게임을 전 세계 플레이어가 각자의 언어와 문화 안에서 자연스럽게 경험할 수 있도록 지원하는 조직입니다. 단순히 언어를 번역하는 것을 넘어, 게임의 세계관과 캐릭터, 플레이 경험이 각 언어에서도 온전히 전달될 수 있도록 번역 품질과 로컬라이제이션 프로세스 전반을 담당합니다. 플레이어가 사용하는 언어로 KRAFTON의 경험을 새롭게 구현하고 전달하는 일에 큰 열정을 가지고 있습니다.

우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.

  • 사람 번역 및 AI 번역으로 제작되는 게임 콘텐츠의 번역, 편집 및 교정
  • 한국어 로컬라이제이션의 최종 품질을 담당하며, 게임 전반의 언어적 품질, 일관성 및 톤 관리
  • 용어집, 스타일 가이드 및 언어 품질 가이드라인을 작성하고, 외부 벤더와 협업하여 일관된 품질 기준 유지
  • 정립된 지표와 평가 체계를 기반으로 번역 품질을 평가하고 언어 품질 보증 업무를 계획 및 수행
  • AI 번역 콘텐츠를 검토하고, 모델, 프롬프트 및 후처리 로직을 포함한 번역 품질 개선 프로세스에 언어적 피드백 제공

  • 게임 로컬라이제이션 분야에서 번역, 편집 또는 언어 품질 검수 업무를 1년 이상 수행한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 게임 내 내러티브와 UI 등 다양한 맥락을 고려하여 자연스럽고 유려한 한국어를 작성할 수 있는 뛰어난 언어 감각과 문장력을 갖추신 분
  • 영어 원문의 의미와 뉘앙스를 정확하게 이해하고, 언어 및 문화적 맥락을 고려하여 자연스러운 한국어로 전달할 수 있으신 분
  • 게임 메커니즘과 게임 용어에 대한 폭넓은 지식과 이해를 갖추신 분
