Throughout this time, the Delivery team has been at the forefront of industry-leading migrations, setting a new standard for what business transformation can look like. These transformations go far beyond technology: we work with clients to rethink their operating models and ways of working, while continuously making the most of Kraken's evolving capabilities.

Client Delivery sits at the heart of Kraken’s transformation journeys, at the intersection of our clients and the product and engineering teams building Kraken 🚀 We lead conversations around our clients’ most important needs, help them unlock the value of Kraken and turn complex challenges into opportunities to evolve the platform, keeping Kraken innovative, relevant and ahead of where the energy market is going.

We are seeking a proactive, driven and curious Client Delivery Associate to join the Delivery team at Kraken. In this role, you will partner closely with both internal teams and clients on complex migration projects. You will get the chance to work alongside our Client Delivery Leads, Engineers, and Operations experts working as part of a project team to deliver impactful solutions and ensure seamless technical delivery.

🚀 What you'll own:

- You will be part of the day-to-day delivery of a client's transformation journey, working as part of a project team alongside Client Delivery Leads, engineers and operations experts.

- You will build a strong understanding of Kraken's platform, the principles of tech delivery, and your client's business model, so you can help drive successful outcomes.

- You will build strong relationships with client counterparts, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador of Kraken and keeping communication clear and effective.

- You will take ownership of small feature rollouts or system configuration, from gathering requirements to delivering updates, managing progress and mitigating risks.

- You will take ownership of exploring client issues, including analysing the platform and using data to scope the issue and drive client actions.

- You will support triage of incoming requests, making sure client needs and timelines are clearly passed to the right Kraken teams.

- You will use key tools (Slack, Asana) to manage tasks, document progress and report effectively.

- You will identify potential risks to client outcomes and take proactive steps to address them, escalating early when you need support.

- You will actively contribute to team rituals and share what you learn, helping to keep momentum going.

- You will be committed to the Kraken way of delivering tech, based on simplicity, client benefit and efficiency.

- You will proactively learn and develop by shadowing colleagues, seeking feedback and embracing new responsibilities.

🧠 What you'll bring to the party:

- A technical aptitude and analytical mindset, with a natural curiosity about not just how to use something, but how it works.

- Some experience in a client-facing, delivery, consulting, operations, analyst or similar role. Experience of technology products or projects is a plus, but you don't need to have led them.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and give clear updates to clients and colleagues.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to break down a complex problem into clear next steps.

- The ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong focus on getting things done, and the judgement to know when to ask for help.

- A proactive, adaptable and hands-on mindset, willing to roll your sleeves up to solve any problem.

- Resilience and empathy, staying positive and persistent through challenges while understanding the human impact of change on the people we work with.

- A real appetite to learn, give and receive feedback, and grow quickly.

- We are a flat and agile organisation and plan to remain this way. We are looking for open-minded individuals who are comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment.

- Exposure to consulting, project delivery or technology implementations.

- Experience using data to investigate problems (e.g. SQL, spreadsheets or BI tools).

- For this particular role, prior experience in the energy sector is strongly preferred.
