Werde unsere neue Geheimzutat im Zunfthaus zur Zimmerleuten Direkt am Limmatquai im Zürcher Niederdorf verbindet das Zunfthaus zur Zimmerleuten historische Architektur mit moderner Gastronomie und gehobener Schweizer Küche. Zwischen mittelalterlichen Mauern, stilvollen Gasträumen und lebendigem Restaurantbetrieb entsteht ein Ort, an dem Tradition auf Dynamik trifft. Küferstube mit 40 Sitzplätzen, Restaurant mit 60 Sitzplätzen, Terrasse mit 200 Sitzplätzen sowie Eventräumlichkeiten für bis zu 160 Personen sorgen für Abwechslung zwischen à la carte, Bankett und Eventgeschäft. Vom entspannten Lunch bis zum grossen Anlass bleibt der Alltag vielseitig, lebendig und nah am Gast. Per sofort wird eine motivierte Persönlichkeit gesucht als Chef de Partie (w/m)

Deine Zutaten für ein gelungenes Gericht Ein eigener Posten wird selbständig geführt und mit Verantwortung begleitet. Kalte und warme Speisen für à la carte, Menüs und Veranstaltungen werden mit Präzision, Übersicht und Freude am Handwerk zubereitet und angerichtet. Vor dem Service wird kontrolliert, ob Qualität, Präsentation und Geschmack stimmen. Lebensmittel werden bewusst eingesetzt, Bestellungen mitbegleitet und Wareneingänge sorgfältig geprüft und gelagert. Auch hinter den Kulissen bleibt alles sauber organisiert. Küchengeräte und Inventar werden fachgerecht gepflegt und Hygiene nach HACCP sowie moderne Produktionsstandards wie GHP konsequent eingehalten. Küchenchef und Sous Chef werden im täglichen Ablauf aktiv unterstützt.

Nach welchem Rezept arbeiten wir Gesucht wird eine ausgebildete Köchin oder ein ausgebildeter Koch mit Erfahrung als Chef de Partie oder mit Motivation für den nächsten Karriereschritt. Freude an frischen Produkten, Kreativität und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein prägen die tägliche Arbeit. Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsgefühl sorgen dafür, dass auch intensive Servicezeiten ruhig und professionell gemeistert werden. Gute Deutschkenntnisse erleichtern die Zusammenarbeit im Team. Wer sich entwickeln, Verantwortung übernehmen und langfristig wachsen möchte, findet hier das passende Umfeld.
