Kraus & Partner ist eine Managementberatung mit 38 Jahren Erfahrung in Organisationsgestaltung, Transformation und Restrukturierung. Wir arbeiten dort, wo Struktur-, Governance- und Entscheidungsfragen über Steuerbarkeit, Performance und Zukunftsfähigkeit von Unternehmen entscheiden.

Unsere Projekte sind keine Konzeptstudien. Wir gestalten Organisationen so, dass sie entscheidungsfähig, wirksam und umsetzungsstark sind – gemeinsam mit Top-Management und Führungsteams. Dabei bewegen wir uns regelmäßig in Mandaten mit hoher wirtschaftlicher und strategischer Relevanz.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Consultant arbeitest du von Beginn an aktiv in Transformations-, Organisations- und Strukturprojekten mit. Du analysierst Prozesse und Strukturen, unterstützt bei der Konzeption von Veränderungen und übernimmst früh Verantwortung für klar definierte Arbeitspakete. Du arbeitest eng mit Senior Consultants und Projektleitungen zusammen und entwickelst dich schrittweise in Richtung eigenständiger Projektverantwortung.

  • Mitarbeit in Transformations-, Organisations- und Strukturprojekten
  • Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Prozessen in administrativen und operativen Bereichen
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption von Struktur- und Prozessveränderungen
  • Anwendung geeigneter Methoden und Frameworks im Prozess- und Organisationsumfeld
  • Vorbereitung und Moderation von Workshops und Arbeitsformaten
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Konzepten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Beratungsumfeld oder im Inhouse-Consulting
  • Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement, inklusive Prozessaufnahme und -modellierung
  • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
