Kraus & Partner ist eine Managementberatung mit 38 Jahren Erfahrung in Organisationsgestaltung, Transformation und Restrukturierung. Wir arbeiten dort, wo Struktur-, Governance- und Entscheidungsfragen über Steuerbarkeit, Performance und Zukunftsfähigkeit von Unternehmen entscheiden.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Consultant mit Fokus Organisationsentwicklung & Strategieumsetzung arbeitest du an Projekten, in denen strategische Entscheidungen in konkrete Organisationsrealität übersetzt werden. Du analysierst Steuerungs- und Entscheidungslogiken, entwickelst Zielbilder und Roadmaps und unterstützt Führungsteams dabei, Umsetzungskraft in der Organisation aufzubauen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Projektleitungen und Entscheidungsträgern auf Kundenseite zusammen.

  • Übersetzung strategischer Zielbilder in Organisations- und Steuerungsmodelle
  • Entwicklung von Zielbildern, Roadmaps und Umsetzungsarchitekturen
  • Mitarbeit an Organisationsentwicklungs-, Restrukturierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Governance-, Entscheidungs- und Steuerungslogiken
  • Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops und Arbeitsformaten auf Managementebene
  • Verantwortung für klar abgegrenzte Projektmodule inklusive Ergebnisqualität

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Tätigkeit in Beratung, Training oder Organisationsentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt Führungskräfte- und Teamentwicklung
  • Projekterfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings-, Lern- und Entwicklungsformaten im organisationalen Kontext
  • Fundierte Anwendung von Frameworks, Methoden und Tools der Organisations- und Transformationsarbeit sowie relevanter Trainings- und Lernansätze
  • Fähigkeit, organisationale Herausforderungen zu analysieren und in wirksame Lern- und Entwicklungsarchitekturen zu übersetzen
  • Professionelles Arbeiten mit Führungskräften, Entscheidungsträgern und Top Management in Trainings-, Reflexions- und Entwicklungsformaten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und klarer Anspruch, Trainings als wirksamen Bestandteil von Transformation und Organisationsarbeit zu verankern
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Steuerung von Teilprojekten oder Projektbausteinen (nice to have)
