The posting

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Account Management Manager to grow our top-tier merchant partners. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our key merchants, working closely with both external business partners and internal teams to boost merchant sales, run promotional campaigns, and optimize overall business performance.

About The Job:

  • Merchant Relationship & Growth: Build strong relationships with key merchant partners, understand their business needs, and negotiate growth strategies, promos, and branding opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key business metrics like GMV, approval rates, transaction success, promo performance, SPG productivity, and repayment rates (FPD7) using our analytics dashboards.
  • Campaign & Strategy Execution: Turn data insights into actionable steps, such as marketing promos, CRM campaigns, and product/ operational improvements, to help merchants increase their sales.
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Act as the main bridge between key merchants and internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support) to ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
  • Operations & Quality: Oversee daily operations, including resolving Jira tickets within SLA, maintaining accurate store data, and handling promotional requests and agreements.

About You:

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in Account Management, Key Account Sales, or Business Development (preferably from Fintech, E-commerce, or Retail).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and sales data to find growth opportunities.
  • Great Communicator & Negotiator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for pitching campaigns, negotiating deals, and building long term trust.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive, structured, and adaptable in handling fast-paced merchant needs and internal operational tickets.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience using MS Excel/ PowerPoint, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and ticket management tools like Jira.
