Kremer Naturgartencenter stehen in Lennestadt, Gummersbach, Remscheid, Lüdenscheid und Siegen für ein Natur- und Gartenerlebnis, das weit über den reinen Einkauf hinausgeht. Pflanzen sind das Herzstück unserer Erlebniswelt.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Menschen führen. Sortimente gestalten. Kunden begeistern.

  • Mit Deinem fundierten Fachwissen rund um Garten, Pflanzen, Gehölze und Gartenzubehör kümmerst Du Dich gemeinsam mit Deinem Team um eine kompetente Beratung unserer Kund:innen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege, Sortierung und den Verkauf unseres Warensortiments und sorgst für eine attraktive sowie ästhetische Präsentation der Verkaufsflächen.
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team steuerst Du Warenbestellung, Disposition und Verfügbarkeit des Sortiments.
  • Du sorgst innerhalb Deines Teams für funktionierende Arbeitsabläufe, einen guten Informationsfluss sowie eine kundenorientierte Personaleinsatzplanung.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung als Teamleitung, stärkst den Zusammenhalt im Team und vertrittst die Interessen und Belange Deines Bereichs gegenüber relevanten Schnittstellen.

  • Du identifizierst Dich mit unserem Motto „Näher an der Natur“ und hast Freude am Verkauf sowie am Umgang mit hochwertigen Pflanzen, Gehölzen und Zubehörartikeln.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit starker Kundenorientierung und kommunizierst sicher, wertschätzend und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du packst gerne mit an, arbeitest selbstständig und behältst auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Das Wohl Deines Teams liegt Dir am Herzen und Du fühlst Dich in Deiner Rolle als Kommunikator und Teamleitung wohl.
  • Du bringst relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Beet-/Balkonpflanzen und/oder Baumschule mit und verfügst idealerweise über eine Ausbildung als Gärtner:in, Pflanzenfachberater:in, Gärtnermeister:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der grünen Branche – gerne auch im Garten- und Landschaftsbau.
