  • Du bist gemeinsam mit den weiteren Teammitgliedern verantwortlich für die Pflege und Sortierung unseres Warensortiments im Bereich Beet- und Balkonpflanzen, Stauden, Kräuter, Gemüse sowie im Baumschule.
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Warenverräumung und achtest dabei auf eine attraktive und verkaufsfördernde Warenpräsentation.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und stehst diesen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen sorgst du jederzeit für eine ordentliche und saubere Verkaufsfläche.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner, Verkäufer oder Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel oder hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Baumarkt, Gartencenter gesammelt.
  • Auch als verantwortungsbewusster und engagierter Quereinsteiger bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Du identifizierst dich mit unserem Motto "Näher an der Natur" und hast Freude am Umgang mit unserem Sortiment.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit starker Kundenorientierung und Sicherheit in der Kommunikation.
