  • Έχει άριστη γνώση των Πελατών / Περιοχών Ευθύνης του (ετήσιοι στόχοι, άτομα επικοινωνίας, υποδομές, ιστορικό συνεργασίας, ανεξόφλητα υπόλοιπα κλπ.) καθώς και του Πλάνου Παραγγελιών / Κανόνων Δρομολόγησης εξυπηρέτησής τους. Μεριμνά συνεχώς για το χτίσιμο και διατήρηση αποτελεσματικής συνεργασίας με τα άτομα επικοινωνίας του πελάτη
  • Συνεργάζεται με το Εμπορικό Τμήμα σε κάθε νέα συνεργασία / πελάτη ο οποίος ανήκει στην περιοχή ευθύνης του, με στόχο τη συμφωνία των βέλτιστων όρων παράδοσης και εξυπηρέτησης του πελάτη
  • Έχει τη διαχείριση του λογαριασμού του / των μεταφορέων περιοχών ευθύνης του (έρευνα, αξιολόγηση, συμφωνία, αποζημιώσεις κλπ) ενώ μεριμνά συνεχώς για τη βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών που παρέχουν
  • Έχει την ευθύνη για την έγκαιρη και έγκυρη λήψη των παραγγελιών των περιοχών ευθύνης του/της, ενώ επεμβαίνει και επιλύει άμεσα όποια προβλήματα εμφανιστούν στην διαδικασία αυτή
  • Παρακολουθεί τις προβλέψεις πωλήσεων και εισηγείται άμεσα διορθωτικές ενέργειες όταν αντιληφθεί αποκλίσεις ζήτησης
  • Διασφαλίζει την τήρηση της ορθής διαδικασίας μερισμού αποθέματος όποτε χρειαστεί
  • Ελέγχει την τήρηση των Κανόνων Δρομολόγησης (Πλάνο Παραγγελιών) και δίνει οδηγίες στο Γραφείο Κίνησης όταν αυτοί δεν επαρκούν, διασφαλίζοντας την ισορροπία κόστους / εξυπηρέτησης πελάτη
  • Εισηγείται προτάσεις βελτίωσης στη διαδικασία εκτέλεσης παραγγελιών και σε όλες τις επιμέρους διεργασίες / οδηγίες
  • Ελέγχει και συντηρεί τη σωστή λειτουργία της web πλατφόρμας παραγγελιών (B2B), καθώς και την επέκταση της χρήσης της από το σύνολο των πελατών
  • Στον τομέα του παγωτού, μεριμνά σε συνεργασία με το Γραφείο Κίνησης για την ορθή εκτέλεση παραγγελιών Καταψυκτών / PoP / Ανταλλακτικών με βάση το Budget, καθώς και την παρακολούθηση του στόλου καταψυκτών
  • Εξάγει και κοινοποιεί Αναφορές: α) Εξυπηρέτησης Παραγγελιών, β) Πληρότητας Δρομολογίων, γ) Μεταφορικού Κόστους κ.ά.
  • Είναι υπεύθυνος Επικοινωνίας, Εξυπηρέτησης και Επίλυσης Προβλημάτων πελατολογίου υποκαταστήματος, συντονίζοντας όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη (πελάτες / εταιρεία / μεταφορείς) και απαντώντας αποτελεσματικά σε όλα τα θέματα που αναφέρει ο εγκεκριμένος Πίνακας Επικοινωνιών
  • Έχει την μέριμνα Προσεκτικής Διαχείρισης Χαμηλού αποθέματος στους πελάτες σε συνεργασία με το Εμπορικό Τμήμα
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε θέση Customer Service ή/και Logistics
  • Απόφοιτος Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης με κατεύθυνση Logistics, Industrial Management, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά (MSc επιθυμητό, όχι απαραίτητο)
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook κλπ.)
  • Πολύ καλή Γνώση Αγγλικών σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο (proficiency επιθυμητό)
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία στο SAP (κυρίως SD, MM, PP)
  • Δεξιότητες και γνώση στην ανάλυση και αξιοποίηση στατιστικών δεδομένων
