Kierownik produkcji (K/M)

Miejsce pracy: Jasło

Opis oferty pracy

  • Zarządzanie działem produkcji oraz zapewnienie realizacji planów produkcyjnych zgodnie ze standardami jakości, bezpieczeństwa i efektywności.
  • Planowanie, organizowanie i nadzorowanie procesów produkcyjnych zgodnie z wymaganiami technologicznymi i specyfikacją produktów.
  • Monitorowanie wyników produkcji oraz wdrażanie działań usprawniających procesy, zwiększających wydajność i optymalizujących koszty.
  • Kierowanie zespołem pracowników produkcyjnych, wyznaczanie celów, ocena efektów pracy i wspieranie rozwoju zespołu.
  • Nadzór nad raportowaniem produkcyjnym i jakościowym oraz prawidłowym rozliczaniem procesu produkcji.
  • Współpraca z działami zakupów, logistyki, technicznym i jakości w celu zapewnienia ciągłości produkcji oraz rozwiązywania bieżących problemów.
  • Dbanie o przestrzeganie zasad BHP i standardów obowiązujących w obszarze produkcji.
  • Raportowanie kluczowych wyników produkcyjnych do Zarządu firmy.

Kwalifikacje

  • Min. 2 - letnie doświadczenie w zarzadzaniu obszarem produkcji, mile widziane w obszarze przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe – preferowane kierunki techniczne.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację.
  • Znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office.
  • Dokładność w realizacji zadań.
  • Odporność na stres i umiejętność działania pod presją czasu.
