En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Arquitecto de Soluciones para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Como Arquitecto de Soluciones (Senior), serás el máximo referente técnico en el diseño y validación de sistemas de misión crítica. Tu misión abarcará desde la concepción de la arquitectura hasta el hipercuidado, garantizando la escalabilidad, la integración eficiente de APIs y la resiliencia en ecosistemas complejos. La posición se desarrollará bajo formato [Modalidad].

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Definir y gobernar la arquitectura tecnológica integral, los modelos de integración y los esquemas de seguridad federada para soluciones transaccionales críticas.
  • Producir y documentar diseños de arquitectura de alto nivel (UML/Draw.io) que aseguren la viabilidad técnica y operativa del proyecto.
  • Garantizar y validar la resiliencia del sistema, realizando pruebas de carga rigurosas (JMeter) para asegurar un desempeño óptimo bajo una concurrencia de al menos 500 TPS y alta disponibilidad.
  • Liderar la revisión de capacidad (capacity planning) y ejecutar los ajustes estratégicos necesarios durante la fase de estabilización y hipercuidado (hypercare).

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Seniority: Más de 5 años de experiencia comprobable en roles de Arquitectura de Soluciones e integración.
  • Certificación Obligatoria: GAIPC.
  • Arquitectura y Patrones: Experiencia avanzada en el diseño de APIs e integraciones (REST, SOAP, arquitecturas orientadas a eventos).
  • Ecosistema Tecnológico: Dominio de herramientas de gestión de APIs, mensajería y orquestación, preferentemente suite WSO2 (API Manager, Micro Integrator, Identity Server) o alternativas (OpenShift, 3scale, Camel, Keycloak).
  • Infraestructura y Bases de Datos: Sólido manejo de contenedores, virtualización on-premise (Kubernetes), Kafka, PostgreSQL y Java.
  • Identidad y Seguridad: Implementación y gestión de esquemas de identidad federada (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
  • Pruebas y Modelado: Experiencia en pruebas de carga/estrés con JMeter y modelado de arquitecturas con Draw.io o UML.

  • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para alinear estrategias técnicas y de negocio, traduciendo conceptos de arquitectura a las distintas áreas de TI del cliente y otros stakeholders.
  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Liderazgo técnico para tomar decisiones arquitectónicas críticas, anticipar riesgos de escalabilidad y guiar a los equipos de desarrollo con total propiedad del ciclo de vida de la solución.
