Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente del Servicio para liderar la operación de un servicio de fábrica de software y gestión de portafolio de proyectos tecnológicos en Perú.

🎯 ¿Cuáles serán tus principales retos?

  • Dirigir integralmente el servicio de fábrica de software y la gestión del portafolio de proyectos.
  • Actuar como enlace estratégico entre los equipos involucrados y el cliente.
  • Liderar comités directivos y de mejora continua, asegurando el seguimiento de acuerdos y compromisos.
  • Gestionar cambios contractuales, líneas base de horas, acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) y posibles penalidades.
  • Supervisar a los responsables de la gestión y ejecución de proyectos, resolviendo escalaciones y riesgos.
  • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño, controlar la operación del servicio y supervisar la elaboración de informes de gestión.

🛠️ ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia como Gerente o Jefe de Proyectos, Service Manager, Project Manager, Director de Proyectos, Gerente de Servicios o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo o mantenimiento de software, gestión de servicios tecnológicos u operación de fábricas de software.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de servicios bajo modelos de bolsa de horas y acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA).
  • Manejo de marcos de gobierno de TI, como COBIT, y modelos de mejora de procesos de software, como CMMI.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos bajo enfoques PMI y metodologías ágiles o híbridas.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión como Jira, Confluence, MS Project o similares, así como herramientas de indicadores y colaboración.

Valoramos especialmente una trayectoria superior a 8 años en posiciones relacionadas, experiencia en el sector público o financiero regulado en Perú y certificaciones como PMP o ITIL.

🎓 Formación académica

Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Software, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial, Computación o carreras afines; o Licenciatura en Administración o Administración y Gerencia.

Se requiere que el grado académico pueda verificarse en SUNEDU. Para títulos extranjeros, deberá contarse con el reconocimiento o la revalidación correspondiente.

📚 Cursos requeridos

  • CMMI: mínimo 20 horas.
  • COBIT: mínimo 16 horas.
  • Gestión o Dirección de Proyectos con enfoque PMI: mínimo 48 horas.

Los certificados deben indicar las horas correspondientes a cada capacitación.

📌 Condiciones de la oportunidad

  • Ubicación: Lima, Perú.
  • Vacantes: 1.
  • Modalidad: híbrida.
  • Disponibilidad: para participar en el kickoff presencial y en las actividades presenciales que requiera el servicio.
  • Proyecto de largo plazo: duración estimada de 36 meses para el servicio contratado.
