En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Project Manager de Capa de Gestión – PMO para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Asumirás el liderazgo estratégico en la gobernanza, priorización y planificación del portafolio tecnológico, articulando de forma continua las necesidades institucionales con la ejecución técnica. La posición se desarrolla bajo modalidad híbrida en Lima (con una etapa inicial presencial durante los 2 primeros meses y posteriormente un esquema de al menos 2 días semanales en oficina, asegurando el levantamiento presencial de requerimientos).

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Liderar la operación integral de la PMO (Capa de Gestión), identificando, priorizando y planificando el portafolio de iniciativas de software para asegurar su alineación con la estrategia del negocio.
  • Conducir entrevistas y talleres con stakeholders clave para elaborar análisis de costo-beneficio (ROI) y estructurar matrices de priorización que fundamenten la toma de decisiones.
  • Consolidar los planes de cada iniciativa y el cronograma maestro del portafolio, sustentando los avances y propuestas ante el Comité de Gestión institucional.
  • Definir y monitorear el cuadro de mando integral (KPIs y Balanced Scorecard) del área de TI, generando reportes ejecutivos de alto impacto para la alta dirección.
  • Coordinar la alineación estratégica con el PM de Capa de Fábrica e impulsar la optimización de procesos dentro de los Comités Táctico y de Mejora Continua.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Formación Académica: Grado mínimo de Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Software, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial, Computación o afines; o Licenciatura en Administración / Administración y Gerencia (indispensable registro verificable ante SUNEDU).
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 8 años gestionando proyectos de desarrollo, mantenimiento o implementación de software (enfoques ágiles, predictivos o híbridos) en roles como Jefe de Proyecto, PMO Lead/Manager, IT Project Manager o Program Manager.
  • Certificación Obligatoria (Vigente): Contar con al menos una de las siguientes acreditaciones: PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner o PMI-ACP.
  • Capacitación Especializada: Diplomado o cursos en Gestión/Dirección de Proyectos, PMO o Gestión de Portafolios con un mínimo de 80 horas lectivas acumuladas.
  • Conocimiento Técnico: Dominio metodológico de PMBOK, marcos ágiles/híbridos, gestión de la demanda, análisis de riesgos y evaluación financiera de proyectos de TI.
  • Herramientas: Manejo avanzado de herramientas PPM (MS Project / Project Online, Jira o similares), Power BI, Microsoft Excel avanzado y entorno M365 / Teams.

Power Skills:

  • Comunicación Asertiva y Negociación: Habilidad para traducir requerimientos técnicos complejos a lenguaje de negocio, facilitando consensos y gestionando expectativas con comités directivos y terceros.
  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para anticipar desviaciones, resolver bloqueos de forma independiente y dinamizar la ejecución del portafolio sin necesidad de supervisión constante.
  • Mentalidad de Crecimiento y Liderazgo: Disposición para implementar mejoras metodológicas continuas, adaptarse a contextos de alta exigencia e inspirar a equipos multidisciplinarios hacia el cumplimiento de objetivos.
