Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung eines gruppenweiten Performance-Management-Systems zur nachhaltigen Steuerung der Unternehmensgruppe.
  • Leitung des gruppenweiten Data-Cube-Programms inklusive Planung, Priorisierung, Budget- und Stakeholder-Management sowie Reporting an Steering Committee, Management und Sponsoren.
  • Definition, Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung von gruppenweiten KPIs und Werttreibern gemeinsam mit den Gesellschaften und Business Units.
  • Fachliche Steuerung der Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-, Analyse- und Dashboard-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data- und BI-Team.
  • Unterstützung der Konzernleitung bei strategischen Entscheidungen durch datenbasierte Analysen, Szenarien und Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Steuerung interner Fachbereiche sowie externer Partner und Sicherstellung einer zielgerichteten Umsetzung von Projekten und Initiativen.

Anforderungen an das Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics und Business Intelligence vorzugsweise in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld oder einem Big-Four-Beratungsunternehmen im Bereich Transaction Service
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Systemen, Management-Reporting-Lösungen sowie datenbasierten Steuerungs- und Performance-Modellen.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten und adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit modernen Business-Intelligence- und Analytics-Plattformen (z. B. Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Data Cubes oder vergleichbare Lösungen).
  • Bereitschaft zur Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Durchsetzungsstärke.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
