Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Leipzig suchen wir einen Vorarbeiter Straßenbau (gn), der Verantwortung übernimmt, Mitarbeitende motiviert und unsere Baustellen gemeinsam mit der Bauleitung erfolgreich zum Ziel führt.

Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination einer Straßen- und Tiefbaukolonne
  • Organisation und Steuerung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe auf der Baustelle
  • Einteilung, Anleitung und Unterstützung der gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer termin-, qualitäts- und fachgerechten Bauausführung
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der Baustellenorganisation und Leistungsüberwachung
  • Disposition von Material, Geräten und Baustelleneinrichtungen
  • Erstellung und Unterstützung bei Bautagesberichten sowie Aufmaßen
  • Kontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten und Mitwirkung bei der Mängelbeseitigung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Auftraggeber und Nachunternehmer auf der Baustelle

Anforderungen an das Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Straßenbauer, Tiefbaufacharbeiter oder in einem vergleichbaren Bauberuf
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Straßen- und Tiefbau
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Kolonnen oder Baustellenteams wünschenswert
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Vorschriften im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Baustellenorganisation
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
