Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Unternehmensentwicklung und strategischen Ausrichtung
  • Unterstützung der Unternehmensleitung bei strategischen, kaufmännischen, organisatorischen und personalbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Auswertungen, Business Cases und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Aufbereitung von Unternehmenskennzahlen und KPIs
  • Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen und Reports
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten aus Finance, Controlling, HR und Organisationsentwicklung
  • Recherche und Bewertung neuer strategischer Themen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Projekten, Maßnahmen und Terminen
  • Übernahme eigener Arbeitspakete und perspektivisch kleinerer Projekte
  • Begleitung der Unternehmensleitung bei ausgewählten Terminen und Besuchen unserer Standorte in Deutschland

Anforderungen an das Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes oder kurz vor dem Abschluss stehendes Studium, beispielsweise in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Finance, Controlling, Personal-management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen, beispielsweise durch Praktika, Werkstudierendentätigkeiten oder den bisherigen Berufseinstieg in Consulting, Unternehmensentwicklung, Finance, Controlling, HR oder Projektmanagement
  • Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, PowerPoint, wünschenswert in Power BI und Lucanet
  • Interesse an digitalen Tools, KI und modernen Arbeitsmethoden
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, sich schnell in neue und unterschiedliche Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und zeitliche Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
