Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Angebotskalkulation für Tiefbau- und Erdbauprojekte
  • Sie ermitteln zuverlässig alle Kosten für Bauleistungen und erstellen die Auftragskalkulation
  • Sie beobachten und monitoren unsere Kalkulationen mit großer Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sie bewerkstelligen eine kostensichere und termingerechte Vergabe von Nachunternehmern
  • Sie arbeiten konstruktiv und vertrauensvoll mit unserem Einkauf zusammen, egal ob Nebenangebot oder Preisanfrage
  • Für Sie selbstverständlich: eine permanente und gewissenhafte Pflege und Dokumentation unserer Kalkulationsdaten

Anforderungen an das Profil

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Tiefbautechnik oder Abschluss als geprüfter Bautechniker
  • Quereinsteiger mit mehrjähriger Praxiserfahrung als Bauleiter, Polier mit MS Office Kenntnissen sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Sie haben idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Sie haben fundierte kenntnisse der VOB
  • Sie arbeiten versiert im Umgang mit Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Sie pflegen ein ergebnisorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit analytischem denkvermögen
  • Führerscheinklasse B
  • Deutschkenntnisse fließend
