Dabei arbeitest Du überwiegend im Homeoffice innerhalb Deutschlands und unterstützt Projekte bei Bedarf direkt an unseren Standorten in Europa. Kurze Entscheidungswege, viel Eigenverantwortung und direkter Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung unserer Group IT gehören dabei zum Arbeitsalltag.

Aufgaben im Überblick

Microsoft 365 und Modern Workplace

  • Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Microsoft-365-Plattform
  • Administration von Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online und OneDrive
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot und Modern Desktop
  • Umsetzung von Identity-, Access-, Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Lifecycle-Prozessen

Microsoft Azure und zentrale Infrastruktur

  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Azure-Plattform und zugehöriger Cloud Services
  • Verwaltung von Azure-Ressourcen, Subscriptions, Netzwerk-, Identity- und Plattformdiensten
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Azure Virtual Desktop, sofern im Einsatz
  • Unterstützung bei Azure Landing Zone, Cloud Governance, Backup und Recovery
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Verfügbarkeit, Kapazität, Performance, Kosten und Sicherheit

Lösungsentwicklung und technische Umsetzung

  • Aufnahme und technische Bewertung gruppenweiter Anforderungen
  • Erstellung pragmatischer technischer Konzepte und Lösungsdesigns
  • Eigenständige Implementierung neuer Lösungen und Integrationen
  • Durchführung von Proofs of Concept, Tests, Rollouts und Übergaben in den Regelbetrieb
  • Definition und Umsetzung gruppenweiter technischer Standards und Best Practices
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Plattformen und Betriebsmodelle

Operations und IT Security

  • Übernahme operativer Verantwortung für zentrale IT-Systeme und Services
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Störungen und Problemfälle im 2nd- und 3rd-Level
  • Proaktive Überwachung, Fehleranalyse, Performance-Optimierung und nachhaltige Problembehebung
  • Umsetzung von Security Hardening, Conditional Access und Endpoint-Security-Maßnahmen
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben mit PowerShell
  • Dokumentation von Architekturen, Konfigurationen, Betriebsabläufen und Wiederherstellungsverfahren

Integration und Transformation

  • Technische Integration neuer Gesellschaften und Standorte in die Group-IT-Plattformen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von On-Premises-zu-Cloud- und Tenant-to-Tenant-Migrationen
  • Harmonisierung lokaler Systeme, Konfigurationen und Betriebsprozesse
  • Unterstützung der gruppenweiten One-Tenant- und Cloud-First-Strategie
  • Koordination technischer Arbeitspakete mit lokalen IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern

Anforderungen an das Profil

  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Senior IT Systems Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Microsoft 365 Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online und OneDrive
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure sowie cloudbasierten Infrastruktur- und Plattformdiensten
  • Erfahrung mit Windows Client Management, Windows Autopilot und hybriden Microsoft-Umgebungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Identity & Access Management, Conditional Access, Endpoint Security und IT Security
  • Sichere PowerShell-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Automatisierung
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer technischer Lösungen, Migrationen und Rollouts
  • Ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, neue Lösungen nach der Implementierung auch operativ zu verantworten
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
