Wij zijn op korte termijn op zoek naar een Technisch Administratief Medewerker die onze technische operatie versterkt.

Ben jij administratief sterk, heb je affiniteit met techniek en houd je overzicht in een dynamische omgeving? Dan zoeken wij jou!

Wat ga je precies doen?

In deze functie ondersteun je verschillende projecten en werkstromen binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze technische processen administratief soepel verlopen en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen uitvoering, planning en opdrachtgevers.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ondersteunen van project- en serviceadministratie;
  • Verwerken, controleren en aanmaken van werkbonnen in Syntess;
  • Ondersteunen van planning bij het inplannen van werkzaamheden;
  • Bewaken van voortgang en administratieve afhandelingen van opdrachten;
  • Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers en interne collega’s;
  • Ondersteunen van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden binnen het team.

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en beschikbaarheid kan de functie worden ingevuld voor 24 tot 40 uur per week.

Deze functie biedt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en proactief handelen is essentieel. Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt overzicht en bent sterk in plannen en organiseren. Je bent een teamspeler die goed samenwerkt met collega's binnen en buiten het team en snel kan schakelen in een dynamische omgeving.

Daarnaast verwachten we dat je:

  • MBO-4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring in een administratieve functie, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving
  • Affiniteit met installatietechniek is een pré
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur Syntess)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden
