Werk jij als monteur graag met vakmensen om je heen?

Bij KTI werk je niet op de automatische piloot, maar lever je samen met je team écht vakwerk. Je werkt aan complete duurzame installaties, waarbij je samen met je team trots op kunt zijn.

Heb je de basis van het vak onder de knie en wil je doorgroeien naar 1e monteur of hoofdmonteur? Bij KTI krijg je het vertrouwen, de ruimte én de collega's om dat waar te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als monteur bij KTI werk je in een vast team aan het verduurzamen van woningen. Jullie klaren samen het hele project — van A tot Z.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Installeren van warmtepompen en duurzame cv-installaties
  • Aanpassen van meterkasten en elektra
  • Vervangen en aanpassen van radiatoren
  • Ventilatie- en regeltechniek
  • Inbedrijfstellen, testen en opleveren van installaties
  • Uitleg geven aan bewoners (duidelijk en praktisch)

Iedereen heeft zijn eigen specialisme, maar je blijft breed inzetbaar. Zo blijft het werk afwisselend en leerzaam.

  • Salaris tot €3.825 per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
  • Een baan tussen 32 en 40 uur per week

  • Je hebt een paar jaar ervaring als monteur installatietechniek; een afgeronde MBO 3-opleiding is een pre.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband
  • Je staat voor kwaliteit en vakmanschap
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert makkelijk
  • Ambitie om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen (richting 1e monteur of hoofdmonteur)
