Wat ga je doen?

Als functioneel analist bij Kubik kies je voor diversiteit. Je werkt voor verschillende klanten in uiteenlopende sectoren en bent de ruggengraat van de IT-afdeling. Je gaat aan de slag in zowel start-ups en scale-ups als internationale bedrijven, waar jouw takenpakket kan bestaan uit:

  • Brugfunctie: Je vormt de schakel tussen business en IT en werkt nauw samen met businesspartners, developers en testers.
  • Analyse & requirements: Je brengt noden helder in kaart en vertaalt deze naar functionele analyses, specificaties, user stories en use cases volgens de BPMN-standaard.
  • Advies & verbetering: Je durft de business te challengen, bewaart het overzicht en adviseert over proces- en tooloptimalisaties. Je volgt wanneer nodig trends en wetgeving en vertaalt deze naar gerichte verbeteringen.
  • Testing & implementatie: Je test nieuwe functionaliteiten, bewaakt de kwaliteit en ondersteunt acceptatietesten. Je begeleidt ook de implementatie van nieuwe of aangepaste software.

Door deze veelzijdigheid bouw je snel een brede expertise op, waarbij elk project een nieuwe uitdaging biedt.

Wie ben jij?

Om in deze rol volledig tot je recht te komen, zoeken we iemand die niet alleen een stevige basis aan vakexpertise heeft, maar ook de drive heeft om zich makkelijk aan te passen aan nieuwe omgevingen.

Hard skills

  • Een IT-gerelateerd diploma, minstens op bachelor niveau.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als functioneel analist.
  • Sterke kennis van datamodellering, je kan complexe datastructuren ontwerpen en interpreteren.
  • Ervaring met UML voor het visualiseren van systemen.
  • Goede kennis van SQL voor data-analyse en testing.
  • Goede kennis van gangbare methodologieën zoals scrum, agile…
  • Vloeiend Nederlands. Je spreekt ook wat Engels of Frans, want dat maakt de communicatie in een internationale omgeving net iets makkelijker!

Soft skills

  • Je bent iemand die zich moeiteloos aanpast en makkelijk schakelt tussen taken en projecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders.
  • Je bent gedreven, leergierig en hanteert steeds een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent sterk analytisch ingesteld, vindingrijk en kan probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je bevat de nodige portie flexibiliteit qua mobiliteit.
