Vind je het fijn om complexe vragen om te zetten in duidelijke IT-oplossingen? Als functioneel analist vorm je de brug tussen gebruikers, de organisatie en IT. Je volgt bovendien mee de uitvoering van projecten op.

  • Je brengt behoeften van gebruikers in kaart en vertaalt ze naar heldere functionele analyses.
  • Je beschrijft functies, processen en gegevensmodellen. Je gebruikt daarbij onder meer UML, ERD en Use Cases.
  • Je plant en volgt werkzaamheden op met de Project Manager en Product Owner.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en het beschikbare budget. Je signaleert knelpunten en risico’s op tijd.
  • Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers en deelt je kennis via opleidingen, workshops en begeleiding.

Must-have

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma Informatica of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met functionele analyses en technieken zoals UML, ERD en Use Cases.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans.

Mooi meegenomen

  • Je kent BPMN en/of JIRA.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opleiden of ondersteunen van eindgebruikers.
  • Je maakt complexe informatie helder en werkt vlot samen met verschillende betrokkenen.
