Jako HR Business Partner będziesz blisko biznesu i codziennych wyzwań operacyjnych Kuchni Vikinga. Będziesz wspierać managerów produkcji, logistyki, magazynu, jakości i biura w tematach związanych z ludźmi, organizacją pracy, komunikacją, rotacją, absencją, rozwojem i decyzjami personalnymi.

To rola dla osoby, która nie chce pracować wyłącznie zza biurka. Szukamy HRBP, który rozumie tempo firmy produkcyjnej, potrafi rozmawiać z managerami, nie boi się trudnych tematów i umie przekładać dane HR na konkretne działania.

  • wspierać managerów w codziennych decyzjach dotyczących ludzi i organizacji pracy,
  • pomagać rozwiązywać konflikty, trudne sytuacje i problemy we współpracy zespołów,
  • pracować blisko obszarów operacyjnych: produkcji, logistyki, magazynu i jakości,
  • dbać o skuteczny onboarding nowych pracowników i ograniczanie szybkich odejść,
  • prowadzić profesjonalny offboarding i wyciągać wnioski z rozmów końcowych,
  • wspierać managerów w rozmowach 1:1, feedbacku, awansach i zmianach ról,
  • analizować dane HR: rotację, absencję, time-to-hire, no-show, koszty i trendy,
  • przygotowywać rekomendacje dla managerów, dyrektorów i Zarządu,
  • dbać o spójność decyzji personalnych i wynagrodzeniowych,
  • wspierać komunikację zmian organizacyjnych w sposób prosty, konkretny i zrozumiały dla ludzi.

Osoby, która:

  • ma doświadczenie w roli HRBP, HR Managera, HR Generalisty lub podobnej,
  • dobrze rozumie środowisko operacyjne, produkcyjne, logistyczne lub retail,
  • potrafi rozmawiać zarówno z pracownikami, jak i z managerami,
  • nie unika trudnych rozmów i potrafi zachować rzeczowość w napiętych sytuacjach,
  • pracuje na danych, ale nie traci kontaktu z ludźmi,
  • umie proponować rozwiązania, a nie tylko opisywać problemy,
  • potrafi działać szybko, praktycznie i z dobrą organizacją pracy.
  • Wynagrodzenie: 11 000 – 13 000 zł brutto
  • Realny wpływ na to, jak działa HR i jak wspieramy menedżerów.
  • Dużo samodzielności, szybkie decyzje i projekty, które nie lądują w szufladzie.
  • Niezbędne narzędzia do pracy.
