Jest to kluczowa rola w Dziale Jakości, odpowiedzialna za kompleksowe zarządzanie obszarem higieny, czystości oraz systemem Pest Control w zakładach produkcyjnych. Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za utrzymanie najwyższych standardów sanitarno-higienicznych, nadzór nad działaniami prewencyjnymi oraz rozszerzenie struktur odpowiedzialnych za Plan Higieny i Pest Control.

  • Wdrażanie oraz nadzorowanie wewnątrzzakładowych programów prewencji i zwalczania szkodników (Pest Control) oraz utrzymania higieny.
  • Monitorowanie stanu higienicznego obiektów, urządzeń oraz środowiska pracy zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami.
  • Nadzór nad skutecznością działań zespołu sanityzacji w zakresie procesów mycia i dezynfekcji.
  • Prowadzenie i nadzorowanie dokumentacji związanej z Planem Higieny oraz Pest Control, analiza raportów i rekomendowanie działań korygujących.
  • Realizacja wewnętrznych inspekcji czystości oraz ocena efektywności działań Działu Higieny i DDD.
  • Przygotowywanie zakładu do audytów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych.
  • Sporządzanie raportów oraz prezentowanie wyników działań higienicznych i DDD Dyrektorowi Jakości.
  • Ścisła współpraca z działami operacyjnymi w celu ciągłego doskonalenia standardów higienicznych w zakładzie.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (technologia żywności, biologia, towaroznawstwo, ochrona środowiska lub kierunki pokrewne) oraz/lub minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Praktyczna znajomość systemów jakości i standardów higienicznych, w szczególności: GMP/GHP, HACCP, IRMS, Planu Higieny oraz Pest Control.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu audytów higienicznych oraz analizie zagrożeń i działań korygujących.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność oraz odpowiedzialność w realizacji powierzonych zadań.
  • Rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne oraz doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu raportów i analiz.
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w dynamicznie rozwijającej się firmie.
  • Wynagrodzenie: 10 000 - 14 000 brutto UoP.
  • Możliwość rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych.
  • System pracy: jednozmianowy z wysoką elastycznością dla działań operacyjnych .
