Poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Senior Workplace Engineer, która poprowadzi wdrożenie systemu MDM dla floty ok. 1000 urządzeń z systemem Android, a następnie obejmie jego bieżące zarządzanie. To rola z realnym wpływem - wybór rozwiązania MDM należy do osoby zatrudnionej. Szukamy kogoś, kto ma za sobą podobne wdrożenia i potrafi samodzielnie zarekomendować, wdrożyć oraz utrzymać właściwe narzędzie.

Poza projektem MDM odpowiadasz za środowisko pracy użytkowników (workplace/endpoint) - zarządzanie komputerami oraz administrację aplikacją ITManager.

Etap wdrożenia (projekt MDM Android)

  • Analiza potrzeb oraz dobór i rekomendacja rozwiązania MDM dla ok. 1000 urządzeń Android.
  • Zaprojektowanie architektury wdrożenia: rejestracja urządzeń, profile konfiguracyjne, polityki bezpieczeństwa i zgodności.
  • Realizacja wdrożenia w podejściu projektowym - od pilotażu, przez fazowany rollout, po pełne pokrycie floty.
  • Przygotowanie dokumentacji i standardów konfiguracji.

Etap utrzymania (po wdrożeniu)

  • Bieżące zarządzanie flotą urządzeń mobilnych przez MDM.
  • Zarządzanie komputerami i środowiskiem pracy użytkowników.
  • Administracja aplikacją ITManager.
  • Zarządzanie aktualizacjami i politykami bezpieczeństwa urządzeń.
  • Wsparcie 2. linii dla zgłoszeń wymagających uprawnień administracyjnych.
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie we wdrożeniu systemu MDM (dowolne rozwiązanie) - realny udział w co najmniej jednym projekcie.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu komputerami / środowiskiem endpoint.
  • Podejście projektowe — umiejętność samodzielnego zaplanowania i przeprowadzenia wdrożenia.
  • Znajomość zagadnień bezpieczeństwa i zgodności urządzeń.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie z Android Enterprise.
  • Znajomość ITManager (nie jest wymagana — wdrożymy).
  • Doświadczenie z zarządzaniem urządzeniami Windows / iOS.
  • Wynagrodzenie 15 000–20 000 zł brutto (UoP).
  • Realny wpływ na wybór technologii - to Ty rekomendujesz rozwiązanie MDM.
  • Samodzielny obszar odpowiedzialności: od wdrożenia po utrzymanie (ze wsparciem osoby z 1. linii).
  • Możliwość pracy hybrydowej (3 dni w biurze w Białymstoku).
  • Możliwość rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych.
  • Niezbędne narzędzia do pracy.
  • Pakiet benefitów pracowniczych (m.in. dofinansowanie do karty Medicover Sport, ubezpieczenie PZU, bilety na mecze Jagiellonii Białystok i Reprezentacji Polski, rabat na produkty Kuchni Vikinga).
