Główne cele i zadania to: opracowywanie technologii produkcji dań gotowych poprzez przygotowywanie i optymalizację receptur, kart technologicznych, procesu technologicznego zapewniając ich sprawną produkcję i wysoką jakość.

  • Opracowywanie i wdrażanie technologii produkcji dla dań dietetycznych zgodnie z koncepcją kulinarną i możliwościami linii produkcyjnej.
  • Wdrażanie receptur z uwzględnieniem wartości odżywczych, kosztów i gramatury składników.
  • Sporządzanie dokumentacji technologicznej (procesy, parametry, surowce).
  • Prowadzenie testów i prób wdrożeniowych.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z normami jakości i bezpieczeństwa (HACCP, IFS itp.).
  • Współpraca z działami jakości, produkcji i R&D.
  • Opracowywanie instrukcji operacyjnych dla produkcji.
  • Weryfikacja i przygotowywanie danych do etykiet produktów, w tym składu, alergenów i oświadczeń żywieniowych, zgodnie z aktualnym prawem żywnościowym.
  • Wykształcenia wyższe kierunkowe – technologia żywności, inżynieria produkcji spożywczej, biotechnologia żywności lub pokrewne.
  • Minimum 2-3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku technologa w zakładzie produkcji spożywczej (preferowane: dania gotowe, żywność dietetyczna, catering pudełkowy, convenience food).
  • Praktyczna znajomość systemów jakości i bezpieczeństwa żywności: HACCP, GHP/GMP; mile widziana znajomość standardów IFS / BRC.
  • Umiejętność tworzenia dokumentacji technologicznej (karty produktu, karty technologiczne, instrukcje operacyjne).
  • Znajomość przepisów dotyczących znakowania żywności oraz umiejętność samodzielnego opracowywania legalnych tekstów na etykiety (skład, alergeny, wartości odżywcze).
  • Książeczka zdrowia do celów sanitarno-epidemiologicznych.
  • Obsługa systemów ERP, CRM, Excell.
  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę.
  • Wynagrodzenie: 10000-13000 zł brutto.
  • Możliwość rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych.
  • Niezbędne narzędzia do pracy.
  • Możliwość wpływu na kluczowe procesy operacyjne.
  • Pakiet benefitów pracowniczych (m.in. dofinansowanie do karty Medicover Sport, ubezpieczenie PZU, rabat na produkty Kuchni Vikinga).
