Ihre Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Key Account Manager Werbetechnik, der Kundenorientierung, technisches Verständnis und Organisationstalent verbindet und folgendes mitbringt:

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden als zentraler Ansprechpartner
  • Technische Beratung und Entwicklung passender Lösungen im Bereich Werbetechnik
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Steuerung und Betreuung von Aufträgen von der Anfrage bis zur Abnahme
  • Koordination zwischen Kunden, Produktion, Einkauf, Montage und externen Partnern
  • Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle der laufenden Projekte
  • Klärung technischer Details und Prüfung relevanter Projektunterlagen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Montageeinsätzen
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Meistertitel oder Studium in einem relevanten Bereich: Werbetechnik, Bau-/Holz-/Metalltechnik, Technischer Zeichner, Architektur, Bauzeichner, Produktdesign, o. Ä.
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Angeboten und Kalkulationen
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen (z. B. AutoCAD, Illustrator, CorelDraw, SolidWorks, Inventor, SketchUp)
  • Erfahrung in Werbetechnik, Konstruktion oder baulicher Planung
  • Technisches Verständnis für Materialien wie Metall, Holz, Kunststoffe
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte und Ansprechpartner gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft, da Projektleitung vor Ort
