Für unser Vertriebsbüro in Hamburg suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die den Vertrieb im Norden nicht nur übernimmt, sondern prägt. Du entwickelst den Markt, gewinnst die richtigen Kunden und baust dir Schritt für Schritt deinen eigenen Erfolgsbereich auf.

Du arbeitest wie ein Unternehmer im Unternehmen – mit maximalem Freiraum, echter Verantwortung und direktem Einfluss auf deinen Erfolg.

Im Hintergrund steht ein starkes Fundament: Unser Hauptproduktionsstandort in Bergisch Gladbach und unser Standort in Stemmen (bei Hamburg) ermöglichen dir, schnell, flexibel und auf höchstem Niveau zu liefern.

Neukundenakquise

  • Gewinnung neuer Schlüsselkunden
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Akquise-Strategien

Kundenbetreuung und - entwicklung

  • aktive Beratung und Betreuung der Schlüsselkunden
  • Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und - potenzialen
  • Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen
  • Erweiterung der Geschäftsbeziehungen

Vertragsverhandlungen

  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Vertragsgestaltung und Vertragsabschluss

Marktanalyse und - beobachtung

  • Beobachtung der Märkte
  • Analyse der Konkurrenz
  • Identifizierung von Trends

Koordination und Kommunikation

  • Koordination zwischen verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise in der Druck- oder Medienbranche
  • Hunter-Mentalität & Kommunikationsstärke – du kannst Türen öffnen
  • Eigeninitiative, Abschlussstärke & unternehmerisches Denken
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Produktion
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Hohes Bewusstsein für Qualität
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Belastbar
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • MS-Office
