We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the company.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage incoming calls and the general email inbox, ensuring enquiries are forwarded promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Assign leads and process simple customer orders.
  • Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers on office and facilities matters.
  • Assist with company assets and administration, including vehicles, insurance, and office supplies.
  • Support HR administration, including employee records, attendance, leave, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Provide reception support when required, assist with company events, and carry out other duties assigned by Management.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
  • Organized and able to multitask
