Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Contas Estratégicas para fortalecer o relacionamento com nossos clientes e contribuir para o crescimento das nossas parcerias. Nesta posição, você terá a oportunidade de atuar próximo a grandes empresas, conectando suas necessidades e desafios às soluções da Kumulus em Data, AI e Cloud.

Será uma posição com atuação estratégica e consultiva, envolvendo relacionamento com diferentes áreas e níveis de liderança. Você contará com a parceria dos nossos times internos para identificar oportunidades, desenvolver soluções e construir relações de longo prazo, gerando valor para os clientes e para o negócio.

O que você vai fazer

  • Ser responsável por uma carteira de contas enterprise e estratégicas, conduzindo o relacionamento com lideranças de tecnologia, dados e negócio.
  • Entender a fundo o contexto de cada cliente e transformar desafios de negócio em iniciativas de Data, AI, Cloud e Modernização de Aplicações.
  • Conduzir conversas técnicas com times de arquitetura e engenharia do cliente, como plataformas de dados, lakehouse, governança e casos de uso de IA, com apoio de pré-vendas nos temas mais profundos.
  • Liderar renovações, expansões e novos projetos dentro da base, e abrir novos logos de forma seletiva, quando houver aderência ao portfólio.
  • Acompanhar a adoção e a saúde dos projetos junto ao time de Operações, antecipando riscos e garantindo que o cliente perceba o valor entregue.
  • Orquestrar pré-vendas, delivery, marketing e parceiros em planos de conta e propostas.
  • Conduzir apresentações executivas e negociações, incluindo contratos de maior porte.
  • Gerenciar pipeline e forecast com disciplina, garantindo previsibilidade de receita.
  • Representar a Kumulus em eventos do ecossistema e em agendas com parceiros.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em gestão de contas ou vendas consultivas no mercado B2B de tecnologia, preferencialmente com serviços de Data, Cloud ou AI.
  • Base técnica sólida: você se sente à vontade para discutir casos de uso com times técnicos, sem depender sempre do pré-vendas.
  • Histórico de relacionamentos duradouros com clientes, com exemplos de contas que você expandiu ao longo do tempo.
  • Experiência com ciclos de venda complexos, múltiplos decisores e gestão de pipeline e forecast. Comunicação, negociação e apresentação claras para públicos técnicos e executivos.
  • Inglês é desejável para interações eventuais com parceiros e clientes internacionais; atuação focada na Améria Latina.
  • Disponibilidade para o modelo híbrido em São Paulo/SP e para agendas presenciais com clientes.

  • Vivência com o ecossistema Microsoft e Databricks.
  • Experiência em consultorias ou empresas de serviços de tecnologia.
  • Certificações técnicas em Cloud e/ou Data & AI.
  • Relacionamento com executivos de tecnologia, inovação ou dados.
