1. 本科及以上学历，具备2年以上IP衍生品商业化设计经验，手绘基础扎实，精通AI、PS等相关设计软件； 2. 具备独立的产品设计与开发能力，有潮玩立体物成功落地的项目经验，熟悉立体物生产制造流程及各类材质工艺； 3. 具备良好的供应商对接能力，能基于产品定位优化工艺方案，跟进优化方案，把控产品质量； 4. 热爱二次元文化，熟悉主流IP及潮玩市场趋势，具备敏锐的市场洞察力与创新设计思维。
