HIER LIEGT DER FOKUS:

  • Vielseitige Projektarbeit an repräsentativen Neu- und Umbauten im Bestand mit Nutzungen wie Hotel, Wohnen, Gewerbe und Geschäftshäusern in Düsseldorf und ganz NRW
  • Aktives Management von Projekten gemäß den Leistungsbildern „Projektsteuerung“ über alle Projektstufen und AHO-Handlungsbereiche
  • Koordination aller weiteren am Projekt Beteiligten
  • Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätscontrolling

WAS WIR UNS WÜNSCHEN:

  • Erfolgreiches Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieur- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens
  • langjährige Erfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 6- 8 der HOAI oder in den Projektstufen 3 und 4 der AHO bei der Abwicklung von GU- Projekten (Baumanagement / Construction Management)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Terminplanung mit MS Project
  • Engagement, souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit
