HIER LIEGT DER FOKUS:

  • Erstellen von gutachterlichen Stellungnahmen, insbesondere im Kontext von Gerichtsgutachten und baubetrieblichen Fragestellungen
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Bauablaufstörungen sowie Nachtrags- und Claim-Sachverhalten
  • Steuerung und Begleitung von Vertrags- und Nachtragsprozessen über alle Projektphasen
  • Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen zwischen Auftraggebern, Auftragnehmern und juristischen Vertretern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams und externen Gutachtern
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung interner Standards und Methoden im Bereich Gutachten und Claims
  • Perspektivische Qualifizierung zum öffentlich bestellten und vereidigten Sachverständigen (ö.b.u.v.) mit entsprechender Förderung durch unser Unternehmen

WAS WIR UNS WÜNSCHEN:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Masterstudiengang mit rechtswissenschaftlicher und/oder kaufmännischer Vertiefung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bauprojektmanagement bzw, in der Projektsteuerung und dabei mindestens 3 Jahre im Nachtragsmanagement oder im Claim Management
  • Interesse an der Erstellung von Gutachten in Kombination mit der Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Bauprojekten sowie mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bauprojektmanagement
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Gutachten, Bewertung von Nachträgen, Bauablaufstörungen oder baubetrieblichen Sachverhalten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse einschlägiger Verordnungen und Gesetze (z. B. AHO, VOB, HOAI) sowie branchenspezifischer Software (z. B. MS Project, Office 365)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Innovationsorientierung und Eigeninitiative sowie analytische Fähigkeiten, die im Sinne des Teamerfolgs einsetzen werden
