Voor een ambitieuze AI-gedreven SaaS-scale-up in Antwerpen is Kwery op zoek naar een ondernemende Account Executive die een sleutelrol wil spelen in de verdere commerciële groei van de organisatie.

Deze jonge, innovatieve onderneming ontwikkelt een slim platform waarmee bedrijven hun interne kennis en processen vertalen naar een interactieve en gepersonaliseerde onboarding. Zo kunnen organisaties hun medewerkers efficiënter opleiden, hun ontwikkeling opvolgen en hun interne werking verder optimaliseren.

Met een innovatief SaaS-product, een gedreven team en ambitieuze internationale groeiplannen staat de onderneming aan de vooravond van een volgende groeifase. Als Account Executive krijg je de unieke kans om ownership te nemen over het volledige salesproces, de commerciële strategie mee vorm te geven en rechtstreeks bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf. Bovendien liggen er mooie doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Team Lead in het verschiet, waarbij je op termijn mee het commerciële team kunt uitbouwen.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Business development & prospectie: Je neemt ownership over het volledige commerciële traject, van actieve prospectie en het identificeren van nieuwe opportuniteiten tot het inplannen van afspraken en uitbouwen van een sterke salespipeline.
  • Solution selling & closing: Je gaat in gesprek met potentiële klanten, analyseert hun behoeften en overtuigt hen via productdemo's en een adviserende verkoopaanpak van de meerwaarde van het SaaS-platform. Je voert onderhandelingen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol closen van deals.
  • Commerciële strategie & groei: Als eerste salesprofiel werk je rechtstreeks samen met de oprichters en krijg je de vrijheid om salesprocessen te optimaliseren, commerciële opportuniteiten te ontwikkelen en de verdere groei van de organisatie mee vorm te geven.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je hebt ongeveer 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen B2B-sales, bij voorkeur in een SaaS-, AI- of technologische start-up/scale-up. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met solution selling en het zelfstandig closen van deals.
  • Je bent een echte hunter met een sterke commerciële drive. Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en haalt energie uit het opbouwen van nieuwe klantenrelaties en het realiseren van commerciële resultaten.
  • Je weet complexe oplossingen op een heldere en overtuigende manier te presenteren en voelt je thuis in een jonge, dynamische omgeving waar flexibiliteit, verantwoordelijkheid en een hands-on mentaliteit centraal staan. Je drukt je tot slot vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels!
