作为物理AI安全方向项目交付负责人的储备型人才，参与机器人、关节驱动器等物理AI产品的安全设计与合规认证工作，协助完成标准法规研究、危害与风险分析、安全目标定义、安全概念与安全机制设计、验证测试、问题跟进与解决、安全符合性论证、客户审核、第三方认证评估等工作内容。 该岗位重点关注培养潜力、工程基础、学习能力、思维能力等，暂不要求独立承担交付、重大安全决策、关键客户/供应链谈判或复杂项目主责。 主要职责 1. 协助梳理机器人、驱动器等物理AI相关产品在目标市场的强制性法规与安全标准，建立并维护标准法规需求库。 2. 协助开展危害与风险分析、安全目标定义、安全概念与安全机制设计、验证测试、问题跟进与解决、安全符合性论证、客户审核、第三方认证评估等工作内容，实现产品安全交付，满足客户、市场准入及内部要求。 3. 参与安全管理和相关交付物的编写与维护。

1. 电子、电气、自动化、机械、车辆工程、机器人、控制、测控、软件、计算机等相关专业背景。 2. 机器人（人形/协作/AGV/AMR）、驱动器、传感器、控制器等方面的产品安全落地经验。 3. 熟悉功能安全，或网络安全/数据安全方法论，熟悉ISO 12100、IEC 61508、IEC 62061、ISO 13849、IEC 62443等标准。 4. 具备良好的学习能力、系统化思维、结构化思维、用户化思维。 5. 具备结合 AI 开展业务工作的能力。 6. 具备基本英文读写能力。
